Pet Care:

​

Zen Paws offers doggie walks (usually solo), home pet sitting visits for dogs, cats, small caged animals and aquariums. During pet visits at client's home, we offer feeding, brushing fur if pet is amenable, care of litter, play and cuddle time, dispensing simple medication, mail take-in, plant watering, & thorough washing of bowls / water dispensers.

While you are away, we provide notes about visits, updates, and photos via text/email. See our Services page for more details.

Photos & Unique Gifts: 

Looking for special, unique, one of a kind gifts for the pet lovers in your life? Pet photo gifts are a perfect gift for a graduation, birthday, or holiday time, and they make a lovely memorial memento for a pet who has passed away. 

I offer pet photography or will use your photos to create unique, personalized items taking into consideration the pet's personality and the recipient's taste / requests.

Some of the more popular items include mugs, glasses, water bottles, magnets, canvases, pillows, blankets, keychains, photo tiles, puzzles, jewelry boxes, aprons, & canvas bags. I love creating them and clients cherish the results.

Adjunctive services:

While doing pet visits, we offer mail take-in, plant / garden watering, light / curtain adjustments, and trash & recycling take-out. Having a service call from a repair person or irrigation technician? We can meet them there to allow access to your home.

Going to be away more than 1 week?

For peace of mind, we offer a 10 point Home Check (customizable), which can be added to a pet visit. Some items which can be checked include:

* Visual inspection of interior of home, with a walk-through of each room.

* Visual inspection of basement, utility room, and if accessible, attic.

* Visual inspection of outside property and exterior of home.

* Flush all toilets.

* Run each faucet.

* Check that AC / Heat are operating & check house temperature - thermostat reading.

* Check that refrigerator and freezer are functioning.

* Check for evidence of vandalism / break in.

* Visually check water level of boiler and add water if needed.

* If desired, provide 4-8 photos of exterior and interior via email/text.

* In event that something is deemed awry, we will contact owner and/or numbers       provided by owner for service providers.

Additionally we offer unscheduled home checks after severe storms / high winds.
